“Training” and “upskilling” for machine learning, data science, applied classical optimization and operations research ( OR ), AI engineering, AI transformation of enterprises, applied language modeling, and applied agentic AI; while we love theory, and are strengthened, and want you to be strengthened, by theory, in these areas we focused on:
practicalities of the interview process
practicalities of building statistical, OR, machine learning, and AI models, and AI workflows
Our students have come to us from with questions arising from coursework at jjunior high schools and high schools, Harvard, Princeton, MIT, University of Chicago, Wellesley, Michigan State University, LCC, other community colleges, you name it. We also frequently work with professionals looking to gain entrance to a graduate/professional program or to gain a workplace relevant skill. All students are different yet all problems are the same and the spirit of our approach - figure out a way to chart a course and achieve what can be achieved - is, with tweaks and adjustments here and there, generally the same, and informed by a combination of a purist’s love for theory and a realist’s sense of the educational and professional landscape.
